The problems started upon check in with a clerk that had no empathy for us after a 9 hour drive and told us that there was no bellman available and we were not allowed to use a valet cart, so, both of us senior citizens ( me with a heart condition) had to haul our heavy luggage and a dog from the parking garage to the room! I was pleased with the service and room that I had on a previous stay 5 years ago in the platinum tower but that was 5 years ago. It should be renamed “Crack Rock” Hotel because of the deplorable condition it was in and unhelpful front desk help that we had during check in.
This was, by far, the worst Hotel and Casino that I have ever visited.
